Q: Hi Diana, tell us what it is you do and the main goal behind it.
A: Hello! What we mainly do is answer customer queries and concerns to fix any problem faced by our lovely customers both efficiently and effectively. We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied and HAPPY! After all, that is what Good Customer Care is all about!
Q: Amazing! What are the challenges you face?
A: eGifting is still a new concept to take in. I do find great satisfaction in being able to guide customers through the whole process, help them find the perfect eGift Card, and have them end the conversation knowing that they received the best outcome.
Q: When are you available to answer customers?
A: From 9am to 10pm every day of the week! Myself and my team make ourselves available to all our customers around the region, and our times are set according to their schedules.
Q: What do you love most about YouGotaGift?
A2: The Happy Card! Isn’t it just the best? Just the idea of having one card that you can redeem everywhere really changes the way gifting works. We like to say ‘Give them the gift of choice’ and that’s exactly what the Happy Card does.
